For wellbeing tips and tricks to take into Winter
As the days get shorter and the evenings get darker, it's easy to feel your energy dip. That's why we're bringing a boost to halls and campus this November with our Healthy Habits pop-up stalls.
Come and chat with us to find out more about how you can look after yourself, whether that's moving more, eating well or finding small habits to support your wellbeing.
What to expect
- Be Active and Moves+: learn more about our free sports and wellbeing events, and resources that can help you get more active.
- Wellbeing tips: get handy tips on physical and mental health from a member of the Wellbeing team, this is a great opportunity to ask them specific questions if you're struggling.
- Free fruit/healthy snacks: grab something tasty and nutritious on the go (for FREE).
- Healthy recipe cards: use them to create healthy and budget-friendly meals in halls.

Catch us between 3-6pm on the following dates:

- Wednesday 12 November – Glen Eyre
- Thursday 13 November – NOCS
- Friday 14 November – Highfield Campus
