Enjoy a seasonal, sustainable menu thoughtfully crafted using home-grown and locally sourced ingredients. Many of the herbs, fruits, and vegetables featured on your plate begin their journey in the Campus Kitchen garden — brought to life through fresh, flavourful dishes made with care.

How to reserve your table

Tables are limited so book now to secure your space by emailing hospitality@soton.ac.uk. A £10pp deposit is required upon booking.

If you have specific dietary requirements, please let the team know at the time of booking so that your meal can be prepared accordingly.
