Prioritise your mental health and take part in a free class
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week here at the University of Southampton, Southampton Sport is hosting a range of free classes to help boost positive mental health.
Wellness Wednesday will take place on 14 May, offering eight different classes which are free and bookable for UoS students.
Activities will include Fitness Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body Balance, and Mindful Indoor Cycling. Southampton Sport will also be offering two brand new classes which it has never offered before: Nordic Walking and Yoga with Meditation. Students who hold a Plus Membership with Southampton Sport will be able to book onto these sessions from 6 May. Students who hold a Standard Membership with Southampton Sport will be able to book onto these sessions from 7 May. Students who do not hold any membership with Southampton Sport will be able to book onto these sessions from 12 May.
