How to report maintenance issues

Reporting a problem in your flat is really easy, you don't even have to leave your bedroom!

If it is an emergency maintenance issue, please contact your halls reception. Emergency maintenance requests are allocated a "Priority 1" status and we aim to resolve them within 2 hours. Emergency maintenance includes flooding, cracked windows, loss of lighting, anything which is a health and safety concern and any other issue which affects the ability for you/your flatmates to remain in your flat.

For non-emergency requests, you should follow the instructions on the poster in your room, kitchen or corridor (see below for an example). Each poster has a unique QR code related to the room it is in, so make sure to scan the poster for the room that needs maintenance so the team know where to go!
