Are you searching for a summer job? The Accommodation Support Team could be the perfect fit for you.

We're looking for 15 helpful students to join the team this summer as Accommodation Support Advisors, sharing their knowledge and experience of life at the University of Southampton.

Accommodation Support Advisors are responsible for delivering high-quality information and advice regarding all aspects of accommodation at the university.

You'll be speaking to incoming students and supporting them with their transition to life at the University of Southampton via email, telephone, and online chat — liaising with specialist staff members as required.

You'll have the opportunity to build your skills in customer service and become a specialist in customer support.

Build your communication skills to become an effective listener and learn how to manage customer expectations while creating a positive experience.

Each role will be based at Highfield Campus running from 04 August to 19 September inclusive, with working hours from 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday paid at £13.26 per hour.

You will receive full training and development to complete your role.

You must submit your expression of interest by 17:00 Friday 9 May 2025 to be considered.

Group interviews will be held in May.
