An exciting new initiative supporting your health

We understand the importance of maintaining your mental, emotional, and physical health throughout your time at University.

WSA Wellbeing is an exciting new initiative featuring a weekly schedule of spaces, events, and activities at our Winchester Campus.

These activities and events are open to all and are available throughout the week, Monday to Friday.

There's something for everyone, depending on your needs.

Events to help you get active include Run Club, Pilates, and Rock Climbing.

Take your studies to the next level with an Academic Skills Drop-In session on Mondays from 1pm-3pm on the Upper Floor of the Rotunda.

If you're looking to relax and connect, take in a movie in Building 63A East, Room 2001, or visit the Conversation Café on Thursday on the Upper Floor of the Rotunda.
