SASSH is the only accreditation scheme supported by the Southampton City Council, the University of Southampton, and your students' union (SUSU). SASSH works directly with good local landlords to advertise the best properties to you.

SASSH releases its properties in mid-November — in line with SUSU's Housing Fair — so come and see the team in person! This gives you the chance to find your people, learn what property you want, and understand your rights as a tenant.
