When departing halls you will need to return your keys/fobs.

If you are in halls/will be returning to halls to collect your belongings

Once you have fully vacated your room simply return your key to your site reception. Please ensure that your room is clean and clear of any belongings, and that you have picked up any remaining post from reception/your site's post room.

If you have left halls already/cannot return to halls

If you cannot return the key in person you will need to post your key or fob back to us.

Your key/s and/or fob/s will need to be put in an envelope addressed to your halls site reception (addresses below) by tracked post.

Inside the envelope please include a note including the following to assist us with identifying the key and/or fob.

• your name
• student id number
• room number

Lost or unreturned keys;

If you lose you key or fob or do not return it to us you will be charged £10 for a replacement which you can pay for via the online store.
