Find out how to collect your keys and where to park

Familiarise yourself with our arrivals guidance before you move into halls of residence at Mayflower. 

Key collection

Keys can be collected from Mayflower's main reception which is located on the ground floor of A Block.

Parking

Parking is available in West Park car park, directly opposite Mayflower halls. Please note that you will need to pay for parking in the West Park car park. There is limited blue badge parking available at Mayflower hall, accessible on West Park Road.

Access

West Park Road can be busy, so please take care when crossing the road to get to Mayflower halls.

Trolleys

Due to steps, if you are using a trolley to move your belongings, you will need to walk around the outside of Mayflower halls and enter the site from the entrance on Commercial Road. 

Once at your block, your belongings will need to be offloaded from the trolley onto a cage. Cages will be taken up to your floor in the lift by staff members.
