Whether you are a wheelchair user looking to explore the facilities, seeking guidance on effective training techniques, or wanting personalised advice on exercising with a specific condition, the Southampton Sport team has created a series of ad hoc sessions designed to support you every step of the way.
All sessions are free of charge, 30 minutes in length, and open to anyone who needs them. What's more, a membership is not required to access these sessions. So, if you're looking for a bit of extra support, then this is a great place to start your fitness journey with the Jubilee Sports Centre.

IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative) kit tour
