Varsity is back, and it's bigger, louder, and more competitive than ever. From Wednesday 6 May to Sunday 10 May 2026, Southampton will take on long-time rivals Portsmouth in the ultimate week of university sport. Whether you're a die-hard supporter or just love the energy of a major campus event, this is your moment to be part of something huge.

Why you don't want to miss it

This year's Varsity takes place away in Portsmouth, with fixtures spread across multiple venues and four full days of action. Expect Rugby, Futsal, and dozens of other competitions as Team Soton battles for the trophy. It's one of the biggest student events of the year, and the atmosphere is unmatched.

Two ticket options, one unforgettable week

You can choose between:

Standard Varsity ticket

Price: £20

Includes:

• Official Varsity 2026 t-shirt (your entry to all fixtures)
• Access to all four days of Varsity events
• Coach travel to and from Portsmouth on each main day

Varsity ticket + Afterparty

Price: £26

Includes everything above, plus:

• Wristband entry to the official Afterparty hosted by Fishies at Circuit on Sunday 10 May (entry before 23:20)

How to get ready

• Collect your t-shirt from The Locker (Building 42) from Monday 9 March. Just bring your ticket confirmation.
• Wear it to every event; it's your access pass.
