As the academic year comes to a close, we're keen to hear about your experience of living in University halls — what's worked well, and where we can do beter.

That's why we're inviting you to complete the Student Accommodation Satisfaction Survey. Your honest feedback helps us shape and improve the halls experience for both current and future residents.

As a thank you, you'll be entered into a weekly prize draw to win a £75 voucher.

• 📣 Refreshed marketing materials to better highlight the benefits of University living for both current and prospective residents
• 🛋️ Redesigned common rooms at Mayflower and Erasmus Park, creating more welcoming and functional social spaces
• 🚧 Refurbishment works at Wessex Lane, with upgrades to MON-2 marking the first phase of wider improvements across the site
• 🏗️ Student co-design panels helping to shape future developments at Wessex Lane and Archers Road, ensuring new spaces reflect student lifestyles and priorities
• 🔧 Review of repair timelines to support the long-term quality, sustainability, and reliability of our accommodation
• 🎉 Res Life events programme review, using your feedback to create a more engaging, inclusive, and fit-for-purpose offer for the year ahead
