Receiving mail and packages from your friends, family and online shopping in halls couldn't be easier.

Here’s how it works.

Your halls reception or post room will receive letters and parcels for you and notify you by email when there's a parcel ready to collect.

To ensure your post reaches you, please use your full hall address, see them here. 

Collecting parcels

You must wait for an email from halls reception/post room before coming to collect your parcel, even if your courier stats your parcel has been delivered, our halls reception or post room need to process deliveries. 

Once you have been emailed from halls reception/post room, please visit the post room with some ID to collect it.

Glen Eyre, Chamberlain Post Room
Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-8pm (please be no later than 7:50pm to collect your parcel)

Amazon Lockers

There are Amazon Lockers on serval hall sites that you can get deliveries sent to. Simple select the relevant locker when plaxcing your order and pick it up once you've been emailed to say it's been delivered. You don't need to wait for an email from halls reception/post room.

• Glen Eyre - "Velma", outside reception
  
• Mayflower - "Unna", outside reception towards the Commercial Road gate
  
• Wessex Lane - "Tropical", outside the Boiler House by the laundry room
  

There are no Amazon lockers located on-site at Erasmus Park, however there are two nearby (Aidyn and Rosalee) and several in the city centre.
