Refurbishment works in Halls 2026/27

Over the next academic year we will be carrying out works

Mayflower Halls

Please note that Mayflower halls will be closed for 2026/27 due to ongoing works.

Archers Road

During the 2026/27 academic year Archers Road will transfer to be run by Aspire Student Living in partnership with the University of Southampton.

Wessex Lane - Montefiore C and D block

Enhanced shared bathroom and Enhanced shared bathroom (larger) rooms at Wessex Lane are currently being refurbished and will become available mid-academic year. Should you apply/be allocated one of these rooms you would be allocated a standard shared bathroom room initially and would move to the Enhanced shared bathroom accommodation once the work has been completed and accommodation becomes available, expected to be in early 2027.
