Our maintenance teams work year-round to keep our halls of accommodation in top working condition. If you spot a problem in your flat, please report this to our Residences team so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Reporting a problem in your flat is easy, and you don’t even have to leave your bedroom.
