Familiarise yourself with our arrivals guidance before you move into halls of residence at Glen Eyre. 

Key collection

Keys can be collected from Glen Eyre reception which is located in J Block.

Trolleys

Trolleys will be available for you to borrow to unload your belongings into your room.  

Parking

Glen Eyre is a large site with multiple parking areas. You may wish to park next to reception to collect your keys, before moving your car to a parking location nearer your block.

Please note that there is a one-way system in operation on the north side of the site.

Traffic control

• Some roads, like Glen Eyre Road, have recently been updated with traffic-calming measures (road furniture), which may slow down traffic. Pay attention to signage and staff directions.  

• There are restrictions in place on Violet Road. This road cannot be accessed on weekdays.
