Find out how to collect your keys and where to park

Familiarise yourself with our arrivals guidance before you move into halls of residence at Mayflower. 

Key collection

Keys can be collected from the common room in Mayflower C Block. The entry will be on Commercial Road and the exit will take you through to the courtyard.

Parking

Parking is located in West Park car park, directly opposite Mayflower halls. Floors three and four are set aside for arrivals and you will be shown where to park.

Access

West Park Road can be busy, so please take care when crossing the road to get to Mayflower halls.

Trolleys

Due to steps, if you are using a trolley to move your belongings, you will need to walk around the outside of Mayflower halls and enter the site from the entrance on Commercial Road. 

Once at your block, your belongings will need to be offloaded from the trolley onto a cage. Cages will be taken up to your floor in the lift by staff members. 

To minimise queues, we kindly ask students and family members to use the stairs unless lift access is required.
