If you've ever imagined launching your own brand, opening a shop, or turning a hobby into a source of income, then the Small Business Speed Launch 2026 could be the moment that turns your ideas into action.
Hosted by Student Enterprise in partnership with the Women in Business Society, this immersive weekend is open to everyone and brings together ambitious students and recent graduates who want to explore entrepreneurship in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Whether you're starting from scratch or refining a work-in-progress, this is your chance to develop your concept, gain practical tools, and leave with clarity about your next steps.
Why you'll want to be there
Learn from people who've done it
Hear from founders, industry professionals, and Southampton alumni who have built, launched, and grown businesses. Expect honest insights, practical tips, and stories that bring the realities of entrepreneurship to life.
Make real progress on your ideas
This isn't a sit-and-listen event. Across the weekend, you'll have dedicated time in our co-working space to work on your own business ideas with expert guidance available whenever you need it.
Meet your future co-creators
You'll be part of a cohort of like-minded students and recent graduates who share your drive to create something new. Collaborate, network, exchange ideas, and build confidence in a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
No pressure, just momentum
